Hope everyone is having a lovely Christmas!
Last night for Christmas Eve, we had a family hot pot with sliced beef, dumplings, homemade, wantons, pak choi & a variety of fish and meat balls. Verytypical Chinese dinner. It was of course, delish!
Christmas Day, we head to Limerick, where we have a more traditional turkey and ham plus trimmings except sadly, no stuffing.
There was tons of food leftover so my sister & I decided to make a potato & ham gratin with creme fraiche & cheese!
Baked for 15 mins @ 200 degrees Celsius et voila!
