Starting to miss meat a tad more today…feeling like I haven’t eaten meat for a week when it’s only been 3 days!
- Breakfast: rice cake “ovals” with peas and pickled cabbage and pan-fried veggie dumplings.
- Lunch: mixed beans with cumin & other spices, quorn mince with asparagus, baby corn & mange tout and boiled rice.
- Dinner: quorn burgers with roasted sweet spuds with a salad of lettuce, tomatoes & cucumber.
- Snacks: pear & strawberry soy yogurt, benefit cereal with orange juice, mixed nuts.
