My sister is ordering sushi and I’m going to be in the vicinity of it. Am really struggling not to order some for myself! This vegan challenge is getting tougher and tougher and it’s only been 4 days!
- Breakfast: toast with hummus & green tea
- Lunch: same as above! Plus some mixed nuts
- Dinner: veggie burritos (minus the sour cream & cheese) & tortilla chips with guacamole & salsa
- Snacks: pear and strawberry soy yogurt, rich tea biscuits
Managed not to eat any sushi!
