Vegan challenge: day 5

After overcoming yesterday’s hump and not succumbing to the salmon sushi I’m feeling more positive about completing the challenge. 

  • Breakfast: toast with hummus & green tea 
  • Lunch: veggie soup from 37 west 
  • Dinner: went out to Rikshaw for veggie Thai green curry with rice & salt and pepper Chili tofu with chips & veggie spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce.
  • Snacks: Alpro chocolate dessert, mixed nuts, some dark chocolate, salt and vinegar hula hoops 

Was pleased that the vegan dinner out was super yummy and satisfying. Will definitely be ordering the tofu again. 




Going to my friends house tomorrow for dinner & will be faced with more yummy non-vegan food so we’ll see how long my willpower will last…!
