Vegan challenge: day 6

Almost completed a full week…a small accomplishment in its own way. 

  • Brunch: toast with hummus & avocado with green tea 
  • Dinner: Quorn burger with sweet spuds 
  • Snacks: grapes, mixed nuts, rice crackers, jammy wheels, benefit cereal with orange juice, salt and vinegar hula hoops
