Back on my vegan wagon after falling off briefly yesterday…!
- Breakfast: rice noodles.
- Lunch: noodles and baked beans on toast.
- Dinner: Tesco veggie spring rolls, Quorn chicken pieces with broccoli, garlic, mushrooms and peas with chickpea rice. Finished with an Alpro chocolate dessert.
- Snacks: granary bread with salt and vinegar McCoys – a mini crisp sambo, pink lady apple.
