Vegan challenge: day 17

Back on my vegan wagon after falling off briefly yesterday…! 

  • Breakfast: rice noodles. 
  • Lunch: noodles and baked beans on toast. 
  • Dinner: Tesco veggie spring rolls, Quorn chicken pieces with broccoli, garlic, mushrooms and peas with chickpea rice. Finished with an Alpro chocolate dessert. 
  • Snacks: granary bread with salt and vinegar McCoys – a mini crisp sambo, pink lady apple.
