Vegan challenge: day 20

Off to visit the OH’s family for the weekend. Will endeavour to stay vegan! 

  • Breakfast: same as yesterday – hazelnut and fig loaf with hummus and green tea. 
  • Lunch: McDonell’s veg curry with rice. 
  • Dinner: Tesco’s own brand veggie burgers which are on offer at the mo. 2 boxes for €3 so we got the Mexican bean burgers as well. 
  • Snacks: banana, mandarins, Tesco roasted and unsalted monkey nuts, salt and vinegar McCoys crisp sambo.  

Made some veg soup too using nearly all the veg in the OH’s home fridge: celery, broccoli, carrots, parsnips and onion.
