8 days to go!
- Breakfast: toast and hummus with green tea.
- Lunch: pink lady apple, McCoys salt and vinegar crisp sambo, leaf salad and some more of S’s crackers and hummus!
- Dinner: the OH made a lovely rice noodle stir-fry with broccoli, peppers and butters beans with Tesco spring rolls to start.
- Snacks: mango, I ate the whole thing in one go…pre-dinner snack.
