Half way through week 4!
- Breakfast: usual toast and hummus with green tea.
- Lunch/dinner: went home for food and was greeted by the aroma of the Tesco Indian snack mix. Yum. Had samosa, veg pakora and onion bhaji with a Tesco veg burger and some baked beans.
- Snacks: pink lady apple, strawberries, tomatoes with olive oil and toast, McCoys salt and vinegar
