Vegan challenge: day 27 

Had a very chill Saturday after winding down from yesterday’s fun-filled day! 

  • Breakfast: toast and hummus with green tea. 
  • Lunch: toasted burger bun with more hummus and green tea. 
  • Dinner: went to Emperor City to meet my friend ‘Y’ for our weekly Chinese lesson. Reviewed what I learned at Chinese class and worked on numbers and time. Ordered fried aubergine, spicy tofu and eggs with tomato with rice and green tea. Food was so yum and so reasonably priced! I just picked out the tomatoes from among the egg. We ordered from the menu printed in Chinese. 
  • Snacks: McCoys salt and vinegar crisps, smoked roasted peanuts, spicy rice crackers.
