Popped into Gourmet Tart in Salthill for Sunday brunch and boy were we glad we did! We both ordered the full Irish and it was the best one we’ve had in a long time. It wasn’t too greasy, the portion was massive and the pudding was huge! Each component was delicious and the eggs especially had a great flavour. It included all the basics and I always think fried potatoes are an added bonus since not every full Irish includes them. Will definitely be ordering this dish again!
